Overview
The team lacked a structured way to share in-progress work, resulting in unclear quality standards, inconsistent mentoring, and reluctance to show unfinished design. I worked with stakeholders to create a psychologically safe, repeatable format that embedded peer feedback into the design lifecycle.

The Challenge
Designers had no forum to regularly share and critique work. This led to anxiety around visibility, inconsistent quality, and missed opportunities for mentorship and cross-team learning.
The Solution
I led the design and rollout of a lightweight, structured review format. I ran user testing, iterated the session flow, and collaborated with team leads to drive adoption. I created templates and facilitator guides to scale the practice beyond our core group.
The Result
Format became one of the unit’s most valued ceremonies Used for strategic global brand initiatives and high-impact design reviews Fostered stronger mentor–mentee relationships and increased design quality confidence Boosted peer-to-peer visibility and design culture engagement
