DesignOps & UX Strategist based in Stockholm. I help design teams scale with clarity, structure, and purpose—through systems, rituals, and tools that actually get used.

Over the last 8+ years, I’ve worked across retail, healthtech and product teams—leading initiatives that range from org-wide career frameworks and scalable design systems to impact tracking programs and knowledge platforms. My work lives at the intersection of UX, operations and team culture.
